Gert Willem Haasnoot

Gert Willem Haasnoot

The Streetshots series was born from my walks through European cities, capturing spontaneous moments of street art. Each print supports the neighborhood—part of the proceeds goes to local cultural projects. Over time, graffiti, posters, weather, and decay create accidental “readymades” on walls, which I transform into artworks. Streetshots is for those who believe in the power of freedom, creativity, and life’s raw edges—where things get interesting. “Those who dance are considered mad by those who can’t hear the music.”

She works primarily with acrylic and oil paints on canvas or wood. Her style is colorful and distinctive, often defined by the expressive gaze of her subjects. Her work has been exhibited at various galleries throughout the Netherlands, as well as at prominent art fairs such as the Masters Expo and KunstRAI. She also appeared on the Dutch television program Sterren op het Doek by Omroep MAX.

BACK ART

BACK ART

Bas creates abstract, colorful artworks infused with energy and layered with meaning. Each piece reflects a deep sense of rhythm, style, and emotion — guided not by rules, but by instinct. “To work abstractly,” Bas says, “is to embrace total freedom. It invites both my own emotions and the viewer’s imagination to exist side by side.” His works are not just paintings — they are visual conversations. What do you see in the layers? What was Bas feeling while creating them? The space between those two perspectives is where the magic happens. Whether you’re drawn in by the story, the emotion, or simply the striking colors and textures — all responses are valid.

Amanda Dake

Amanda Dake

Amanda Dake is a contemporary artist. Amanda transforms mannequins into unique works of art. She primarily uses acrylic paint and sometimes incorporates materials like metal or plastic. Known for her vibrant, colorful creations, her artworks invite viewers to discover something new each time they look—holding their attention and giving the mannequins a second life. Amanda’s distinctive collection of mannequins came about almost by chance. The idea sparked when she noticed a “lost mannequin” standing in an empty shop window. From that moment, she became passionate about exploring new creative possibilities. Each piece is an authentic object with its own story. Almost every mannequin—whether a bust or a full figure—inspires her and fuels her creative energy. As an artist, Amanda critically evaluates each mannequin, ensuring it resonates with her creatively. Through her work, she forms a unique bond with each piece, and once completed, she gives each mannequin its own name—a form of personification and a creative signature. Her artworks have been acquired by numerous collectors across America and Europe.
